Legal Agreements with Copyright Clauses Integrated

1. Model Release Agreement (Runway & Media Use)
- Models grant AFWMMAFW the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture their name, image, likeness, voice, and performance.
- All media, designs, costumes, and content created for or during the event remain the intellectual property of AFWMMAFW unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
- Models may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any AFWMMAFW content without prior written consent.
2. Designer Agreement
- Designers retain ownership of their original designs but grant AFWMMAFW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use images, recordings, and presentations of their designs for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
- All content on AFWMMAFW platforms, including but not limited to stage design, photography, videos, and event branding, remains the intellectual property of AFWMMAFW.
- Designers may not use AFWMMAFW content, branding, or media for any purpose without prior written permission.
3. Vendor Agreement
- Vendors acknowledge that all AFWMMAFW logos, branding, and event-related materials are copyrighted and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
- Any photographs, recordings, or promotional materials produced during the event featuring AFWMMAFW branding are the property of AFWMMAFW.
- Vendors are prohibited from creating derivative works or commercial products using AFWMMAFW intellectual property without explicit authorization.
4. Sponsor Agreement
- Sponsors may use AFWMMAFW branding or logos only as explicitly authorized in the written sponsorship agreement.
- All other AFWMMAFW content, including images, videos, promotional materials, and designs, are the exclusive property of AFWMMAFW and may not be used without prior written approval.
- Sponsors agree to respect AFWMMAFW copyright and intellectual property rights and acknowledge that unauthorized use may result in legal action.
