I understand and agree that this agreement between the parties is of a marketing mutually beneficial nature and does not provide for monetary payment or any other consideration. *

I acknowledge and agree that this document, as well as all internal communications—including emails, text messages, and any messaging platforms—contain confidential and privileged information intended solely for authorized participants involved in this event. Any unauthorized disclosure or sharing of confidential information will result in immediate removal from the event, termination of current and future collaborations, and liability for any losses or damages arising from such disclosure. I further hereby release and hold harmless Crafrik LLC, African Cultural Fashion Heritage LLC, African Cultural Fashion Heritage Initiative, Inc., Africa Fashion Week Maryland, Maryland Africa Fashion Week, Maryland Fashion Week & Fashion Week Maryland, Maryland Fashion Week & Fashion Week Maryland, Temmy Collection, and Oluwa ’Temitope Kayode, including their respective owners, officers, representatives, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to this collaboration. *
